TRAINING AUTODESK INVENTOR

LATAR BELAKANG
Semakin majunya teknologi komputer untuk membantu penggambaran maupun desain suatu part maupun suatu mesin, dengan bantuan dapat dibuat desain dengan cepat dan lebih fleksibel untuk melakukan perubahan-perubahan dalam desain.

Banyak industri-industri khususnya yang bergerak di bidang permesinan saat ini memerlukan pegawai yang dapat menggunakan komputer untuk desain dan menggambar.

TUJUAN
Meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa/peserta training membuat solid modeling/Assembly dengan software Mechanical Desktop.
Mempelajari lebih lanjut teknik-teknik yang efisien membuat solid modeling.
Mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk pengambilan sertifikasi Mechanical Desktop.

MATERI
MCAD SOLID MODELING
Overview Mechanical Desktop, Overall Solid Modeling- Sketching and Profiling, Practice.
Constraining and Dimensioning, Global Parameter, Practice
Sketched Features: Extrude, Revolve, Sweep, Loft, Practice
Placed Feature: Holes, Fillet, Chamfer, Face Draft, Bend, Practice
Editing Features: sketch, featured, Up Date, Dimension, Practice
Documentation Drawing: Create View, Edit View, Move View, Tolerance, Practice
Examination: Create solid Modeling

MCAD ASSEMBLY
Overview Assembly Modeling, Assembly Modeling Process, Grounded Component, Attach, Material, Assembly Constraint, Practice.
Internal and External File, Editing Assembly Constrain and Part, Scene Mode, Tweaking Scene, Trails, Practice.
Documentation Drawing from Assembly Modeling- Bill of Material, Practice

MCAD SOLID MODELING

MCAD ASSEMBLY
Jadwal disesuaikan, Setiap Selasa & Kamis (20 jam), pk. 16.00-21.00
Tempat : Laboratorium CAD-E, Universitas Kristen Petra, Surabaya.

BIAYA
MCAD SOLID MODELING: Rp. 1.000.000,-
MCAD ASSEMBLY : Rp. 850.000,-

Perangkat lunak Autodesk Inventor yang dikembangkan Autodesk adalah perangkat lunak desain yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna CAD selama ini, antara lain: desain 2D asosiatif dengan desain 3D, parametric feature, drawing document, drawing presentation, assembly model and presentation view, simulation, finite elemnt analysis.

TUJUAN :
1. Peserta mampu mengoperasikan perangkat lunak Inventor
2. Peserta mampu mendesain 2D maupun 3D dengan Inventor serta mendokumentasikan desain
3. Peserta mampu membuat gambar assembly berdasarkan desain-desain part modeling
4. Peserta mampu membuat drawing documentation

MATERI:
1. Introducing the Modeling Processing: project in Autodesk Inventor, the user interface
2. Introduction to Sketching: creating sketchs, constraining sketchs, dimensioning sketch, 2D sketch tools
3. Creating Simple Sketched Feature: simple sketched features, consumed and unconsumed sketches, sketch and profiles, sharing sketch features, working with sketch plane, direct model edge referencing, creating reference geometry, creating and editing extruded features, creating and revolved features.
4. Introduction to Work Features: work planes, work plane tool, work plane appearance, work axes, work axis tool, work point
5. Introduction to Placed Features: fillet features, chamfer features, hole and thread features, thread features, shell features, pattern feature, face drafts, creating and using color styles
6. Assembly modeling fundamentals: assembly modeling concepts, assembly modeling methods, assembly constraint, subassembly, assembly sketching, assembly environment, assembly panel bar, assembly browser, visibility control, assembly resequence, asembly restructure, placing component in an assembly, creating component in an assembly, moving component, constraint drivers, moving and rotating components, constraining components, adaptive component, presentation, animating a presentation view
7. Introduction to Drawings: drafting standard, text styles, dimension style, layer control, creating sheet formats, projected view, section view, details view, auxiliary view, broken view, break out view, dimensiong a drawing view, general annotation placement, placing balloon.

PRASYARAT PESERTA :
1. Peserta training mengerti dan menguasai windows
2. Peserta training menguasai microsoft office terutama excell
3. Peserta training memiliki dasar CAD sekurang-kurang pernah menggunakan Autocad 2D
